Returns + Exchanges

 Return For Refund:

Non-personalized jewelry can be returned. This is only possible within a period of 14 calendar days following the placed order. Send an email to hello@perlekoko.com with the reason for return and the order number. As soon as we have received the order back, it will be checked for quality. The jewelry must be in excellent condition. This means not used, worn or damaged. If this is not the case, the right of withdrawal and refund will lapse in whole or in part. If the jewelry is in good condition, the purchase price will be refunded. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Please Note: Personalized jewelry is not eligible for returns.

Return For Exchange:

Ordered the wrong jewel: We will exchange your jewel for another one. Only non-personalized jewelry can be exchanged.

Ordered the wrong size: We will exchange your jewel for the correct size. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and an additional labor charge of €5 - €10.

What should you do ? Send an email to hello@perlekoko.com with the reason for exchange and the order number. Contact us within 14 calendar days following the order placed. As soon as we have received the order back, it will be checked for quality. The jewelry must be in excellent condition. This means not used, worn or damaged. If this is not the case, the jewel cannot be exchanged. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Change Or Cancel Your Order: You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order. Send an email to hello@perlekoko.com with your order number.
